Mar of Robert BARBER & Lucy, poss at WICKHAMBROOK

Could anyone help with details of a marriage, poss at Wickhambrook, of Robert BARBER & Lucy in 1774. They have several children bapt at Wickhambrook from 1776 to 1790.

A user submitted genealogy on FSearch gives the bride's name as Lucy EDGLEY and shows her parents as Henry Edgeley & Mary Welham, but the mar doesn't seem to be included under Search.

Any help appreciated.

twiglet9.  I've just come across your post.  I am an Edgley; Henry Edgley is my 6x great grandfather.  I have his marriage to Mary Welham as 6th June 1732 at Rede, Suffolk England Select Marriages 1538 -1973, film no. 989982 (on Ancestry). He had previously married Maria Young in 1723.  Best wishes

Hi Jandy62. Thanks very much for this additional info. It's quite some time since I worked on this, so I had to look it all up again to get my bearings. I didn't know about the previous marriage; do you have any info about children, or her bur date?

The Edgley line is directly connected to my husband's Frost ancestry. Henry Edgley & Mary Welham are his 5xgt Grandparents, via their dau Lucy Edgley's mar to Robert Barber. Further down the line is Hannah Barber mar Robert Frost at Garboldisham - his 2xgt grandparents. So you must be distant relatives.
