Hi to both of you,your input much appreciated.
Maggie Bell owned the plot that Isaac is in and the graveyard would have needed her permission to inter him in that lair,so the assumption was that she was the informant ie sister in law.(not his death cert but on internment record)
If any one could enlighten me as to the possibilities of a young single lady purchasing a lair circa 1920s or is the probability higher for married/older ladies?Thanks.J

Is Maggie Bell herself buried in that plot? if so, you should be able to find her death certificate, etc. and see if there is a family connection.

No Maggie Bell is not in the plot,interred are my great grandparents,2 great aunts and one of their husbands.That is what makes it frustrating that 4 of my direct relations are in there and nobody has a clue as to her relation to the family
