lookup request, St Giles Church Rowley Regis
« on: Thursday 22 October 15 17:22 BST (UK) »
Hello everyone - can i ask a favour? I would love more details of a marriage that took place at St Giles Church, Rowley Regis in 1880. I don't know the date but it was registered in the 3rd quarter. Marriage was between Thomas Rudge and Mary or Mary Ann Mack. If anyone can find out date, fathers details  and witnesses that would be fantastic.

According to Phillimores Atlas, the registers have been deposited at Smethwick and aren't online.

You may need someone to visit in person for you.

Could I ask how you know the marriage took place at St Giles?

Holdings at Sandwell Register Office have been indexed on westmidlandsbmd.org.uk, which gives the location of the marriage.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
