I saw part of one today and I could clearly see Genes Reunited on the screen, I was hoping to see Rootschat  ;)

I have just updated the starter of topic "ex employee of family finder" as they are no longer employed by the programme and the email notifications had been bouncing back.

I did contact the programme makers to express our dissapointment.....

We have to be very careful when featuring websites and commercial organisations in our programmes. BBC guidelines and the Ofcom Broadcasting Code mean that we cannot promise a name check or visual reference. I apologise if there was a misunderstanding but we sincerely hope that you’d consider working with us again should a third series be commissioned.
this came from "Head of Factual" for Ricochet Ltd

So you're telling me they featured Ancestry.com prominantly in the programme but wouldn't show a screenshot of someone using this website?
