Two missing words from a will

I would appreciate some help in deciphering 2 words from this will

also the sum of one hundred pounds sterling to my
Cousin Elizabeth Abernethy wife of James Abernethy
Esq formerly of ?? Street now of
Baltimore in America Merchant also the sum of One
Hundred pounds sterling to my cousin Mr James Rose of
the Island of Tobago Mill wright also the sum of One
hundred pounds sterling to my ffriend John ?? Esq
writer to the Signet George Square Edinburgh....

1. Catvatau

Did a Google search on it - There is (or was) a Catvatau Street in London.

Save - The Gazette

Can't get the other one though - Sorry.

John Linus or Sims?  The first letter  looks  like a cross between L in London and an S.

Thanks all, tte word directly above the surname is Sum

I think the middle 2 letters look the same which would make the last 3 letters "ums"

Looks like John Simes, his name is spelled John Syme/Symes elsewhere.
