If you are looking for the one who was in Winthrop in the 1930 census, per the Social Security applications and claims index, she was Natalie Esther Nelson, daughter of Nils V. Nelson and Esther W. Douglas.  It says she was born 31 Jul. 1928 in Cambridge, Massachusetts and died 5 May 1991.  As of Mar. 1949, her name was listed as Natalie Est Hill.

The Massachusetts death index says she died in Boston.  The Social Security death index says Winthrop was her last residence.

From an address that I found for Natalie on the US Public Records Index, there is a George Henry Hill born 24 May 1925 in Springfield, Massachusetts and died 6 Dec. 1992 in Boston at the same address, so likely that's her husband.  There is also a woman with the surname Hill and born 1960 at the same address, so that may be their daughter.  As she may be living, I will send the information by personal message.

From Natalie's obit in 1991. It appears she had two sons and four daughters and her mother was still alive at the time of her death.
One of the daughters lives in London, England.

Husband:  George H. Hill

Mother of:
Son - Wrentham,  Massachusetts
Son - Atlanta, Georgia
Daughter - Oakland, California
Daughter - London, England
Daughter - Newark, Delaware
Daughter - Denver, Colorado

Daughter of Esther W. (Douglas) and the late Nils V. "Swede" Nelson of Winthrop, MA

The obit also mentions a grandson & granddaughter in London, England.
