Burial 1939 Wednesbury Alfred Ward

Not had any success with this. My great grandfather Alfred Ward ( born 1863 Wolverhampton I think- son of Henry and Maria Allen)  died in 1939. Wednesbury seems to be common area for family searches but I would like to know where he's buried.
Any help or pointers gratefully received. Thank you.

Where was he living when he died?  These are all the areas covered by the Wednesbury RD.

His death was registered in the December qtr - do you have his actual death date?  If he died late December - any burial may fall into January 1940

Yes he died on Christmas day!

Address is 65 Bridge Street Wednesbury for place of death. Informant of the death was Obedience Humphries his sister whose residence was 65 Bridge Street so my guess is he was living with his sister in his last days or at least visiting her for xmas.
