Look up Request Burford Parish Registers

Way back in 2007 I think there was a marriage on the IGI for a William Venfield to Elizabeth Gross 1662 Burford. It doesn't seem to be on Family Search any more.

Can someone please confirm this marriage. Is there any further info?

Are there any other Venfields in the PRs around this time.

Variants Venveld, Venfild, Venvil, Venvel.

I have now checked the Burford baptisms from 1612 but only found the following:-
Source: Oxfordshire Family History Society
8th November 1664, John VENFIELD, s/o William baptised.
I checked from 1664-1674 and there is NO sign of any other VENFIELD baptisms.
I also checked the Burford burial register, but found no sign of any burials. I presume the family moved on after John was baptised.

Hi UnaBobby,
I found NO surname variants in the Burford PRs. I can only reiterate that the family must have moved elsewhere after the baptism of John.
