restore and enlarge Arthur Rae if possible

This is very old, about 1875, it is quite small, is it possible to make it a little larger without losing quality. If not, could it be tidied up please.

Try another scan at a higher resolution (new name if you post).
This picture shows a file size of 26Kb and you are allowed up to 500Kb
