Insley or Betts
« on: Sunday 13 September 15 20:45 BST (UK) »
This is a bit of a long shot due to dates but:

Has anyone access to local records to give any info on a Mary Betts b. abt 1762 in Barton-in-Fabis, Notts, later married to William Insley b. abt. 1760 also in Barton-in-Fabis. They married in Repton Derbys  1/4/1782.

Later lived in Bretby, Derbys.

Any info would be appreciated on them or their families..

Thanks

I've searched on baptisms in Barton in Fabis between 1750-1770 and there's no examples of either of those surnames (despite listing 168 other baptisms in this time frame so it's not as though the records aren't transcribed!)

How sure are you of the Barton link?
