Can anyone please tell me where this chap entered America,(Port of entry) bottom right.
And also where his destination was, (below his occupation as a joiner).

It looks like Portland, Maine to me.  His destination was U.S.

Could it be Portland Maine ?(ME is the abbreviation for Maine)
DEXTER-  pre 1800 Rutland & Lincolnshire
