And also where his destination was, (below his occupation as a joiner).

It looks like Portland, Maine to me. His destination was U.S.

Could it be Portland Maine ?(ME is the abbreviation for Maine)
DEXTER- pre 1800 Rutland & Lincolnshire
DAWSON - Wymeswold Leics
HALL - Sheffield Yorkshire UK & Tasmania

BLEWITT/BLUEITT/BLUITT mainly Grantham area
