ok so related to the other posts in the forum....I have now found the marriage of William Butler and Ivy Arkwright, 1934 Richmond

And the other thing I spotted was.......   one of the witnesses is.......wait for it...

Good find.

I would have said that was 'R D Smith' and 'J C Cain' - but could be either! Is there another D or W on the certificate to compare? Or do you know his initials are R W ?
