There is a possible WWI draft registration card for Anthony here:  https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:K6XH-487  The date of birth is the same as mentioned above, but the year of birth is off. 

If the information you have on the date of birth is from the death certificate, it may be less accurate than the date he gave himself.  However, it's not unusual for dates of birth to vary, as the person himself may not have known the date for sure.  This issue seems to be more common in the immigrant community from that era.

hi my father Anthony John Borek was born in Michigan, my grandfather was anthony walter borek but I believe he ws born in Philadelphia
