Please repair photo of Erl and Freda Cullen ? - big ask!

This is Erl and Freda Cullen.
The marriage didn't last and Freda tore the photo up.  Sadly it is the only photograph Erl's children have of him.  It would be nice to be able to have it restored.  I know it is a big ask but would appreciate any efforts.
