Delacy Warpipe Band, Tomsallagh

Does anyone know where I can find any information or newspaper articles about this band from Tomsallagh around 1912?

I have found this website which has a lovely picture of the band and mentions newspaper articles but not which newspaper.

I'd really like to find the original newspaper articles.  Are any Irish newspapers online?

Could you advise me as to which are the best sites for Wexford newspapers?  I'm not having much luck.   :(
