TN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW
SOUTH WALES.-Matrimonial Causes Jurisdiction (No. 867 of 1930).-Between EMILY ETHEL ALLEN, Petitioner, and SIDNEY LESLIE ALLEN (also known as Henry Eric Smith), Respondent. To Sidney Leslie Allen (also known as Henry Eric Smith),
late of Hobart, Tasmania, formerly of Tullibigeal, New South Wales, take notice that the said Emily Ethel Alien has commenced a suit against you in this Honorable Court, and is applying for a divorce on the ground:-That you have, without just cause or excuse, wilfully deserted ber and without any such cause or excuse left her continuously so deserted during three years and upwards. And take notice that you are required to ENTER an APPEARANCE to the said suit at the proper office of this Honorable Court on or before the seventeenth day of October, 1930, and in the event of your not doing so within the time limited or obtaining further time the Petitioner will, proceed and the suit be heard and determined your absence notwith standing.
A copy of the petition Bled herein may be had on application to the undersigned solicitor free of charge.
