Please help improve photo quality

I'm hoping somebody can weave their magic on a two photos I'd like to give to my granddad who has developed dementia and is struggling since my Nan passed away.  The pictures were taken on their 60th wedding anniversary on my phone (which has since been disposed of)

Any help would be extremely appreciated
