Trades deciphering please

Looking at the attachment #2, I think is Brookfield Farm, although I'm not 100% sure.
I am hoping you can help me work out what the family members were doing back in 1881.

I think it says:
Farmer of 6 acres & labourers
Farmer's wife
Cotton Weaver
Cotton [something] & scholar
Scholar
