Interesting. I had a hunt for Ann peacock. Found her with her and william's children in 1851. Says her place of birth was stansted in 1782. Looked up stansted mountfichet and found her. Baptised 19/5/1782 of george and mary peacock. Going back a bit further, there is a william and Jane Sach having several children in stansted mountfichet as well. 16 Jun 1776 william baptised to william and Jane sage. There's no other sage's being baptised. I think it's a misprint and think it's your William.

George Peacock married Mary Little in stansted mountfichet 12/10/1779.

George peacock of John and elizabeth peacock 23/9/1753. Seven siblings born between 1745 and 1757.

Found some more in the registers of Stansted Mountfichet:
John Peacock married Elizabeth Roberson (all her siblings are Robinson) 11/8/1745
Elizabeth Roberson baptised to william and Frances 11/4/1725
William and Frances Norris married 19/6/1718.
There's a family tree on ancestry with these too.
Haven't found william, frances, or John peacock's birth though. Did find other peacocks in stansted mountfichet.
