That's Brilliant. really appreciated. thank you

xin :) :)

I eventually sorted the son :) Joseph H born c 1860 died sadly in 1906 in Kettering.
he Married a Stella Albina Whittey.. and they had 2 daughters that lived.  so that's nice and neat. :)

still no trace of Robert Lawrence in 1881  ( so definitely hiding / hospital/ prison/ fighting some war or other :)  who knows...

:)  hello

I filed the above - :) and moved on to the next one -- why -  they are the craziest bunch - all with the same names and so close in age, I am ready for the mad house.

However:

I looked at John Patrick son of John Patrick and Mary Noble born Lubenham 1815 --
and I was sailing along lovely through all the Census 41 -51- 61 -- brilliant cos he didn't marry,
then
I came across the 1871 and found a John Patrick married to a Sarah of a similar age and found the marriage on free BMD -- but its NOT mine -- and couldn't find a.n.other in 1871 in Lubenham.
I then found my John in the 1881 still unmarried and so again there are two of a similar age in the same village..
I (phewwwwww) then found a possible for mine -- in '~Chilslehurst~' correct age etc, but doesn't state Lubenham, just Leicestershire...........

then... I found a death in 1888 age 73 and followed it through - it is a 'Leicestershire' death -
and Welford Rd burial - from Leicester County Lunatic Asylum ... St. Mary's.....
cannot find another death.

This death cert will only give informant and illness wont it ? Not place of birth...
oh dear, me.
I thought I had finished this lot.  but no
These are Samuel Patricks other WIFE's lot.  (don't ask :) :) )

will check for the Sarah married to the other John and see if I can find her as a widow in 1891
or my John anywhere else.

 ;D :-X ::) ::) ::)
