Another sibling!

William Alfred Mullins born 25 October 1867, baptised at Meerut 13 November
Father:  late Private Gregory Mullins, 1/3 The Buffs (deceased)
Mother: Mary Elizabeth

The child died of convulsions on May 30th 1868 and was buried that day at Meerut, stepson of W W Woolerstone, shoeing smith of A Battery, A Brigade, RH Artillery

I wouldn't have known where to start. I had some vague idea of checking if there were census' on Barbados, and if so when & who could I find, but you've covered most of the unanswered questions, and I never thought that the family may end up in India, so once again thanks.

I think there will be more to be found from the muster rolls of the 21st and 3rd regiments which may reveal Gregory Mullins' place of birth ( I suspect it was Ireland) amongst other things.
