FindMyPast has baptism record. His parents were Henry and Mary and he was baptised on 21 Aug 1836. Henry was a baker and residence looks like Devonport but writing a bit difficult to read. he is with Henry and Mary in 1841 and 1861, haven't found him yet in 1851.
Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge
Dorset / Hants: Derham, Stride, Purkiss, Sibley
Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott

I've found Henry and Mary in 1851, but only have a daughter Mary and son George with them. George is only 7 and given that Mary snr is 59, I wonder whether it ought to be grandson. Henry is 63 and born in  Dartmouth, Mary was born in Totnes.
