Died 1986 - middle name was Burgess full birthdate 5.4.1926

Freebmd shows mothers maiden name was also Ashley so he was presumably illegitimate

I was hoping to avoid the expense of getting his birth certificate by finding his baptism in the parish register as presumably his mother's name would be included.
