Hi, all. 
I'm hoping there is a simple explanation for my problem - there probably is as I'm not very hi-tech-minded and most of you will be cleverer than I am on these things!  I have FH3 (since 2006-ish) and it's been fine for what I want.  However, in the last couple of weeks I haven't been able to open the property dialog boxes. I don't recall doing anything to change things.   I click on the icon and nothing happens.  It's beginning to irritate, especially as I have quite a bit of stuff to record on various individuals, not least my lovely grandad's WW1 records. 

Hoping someone out there has this program and can help.

Thank you, Bookbox.  I did try to find my query on that board (i.e. posted by someone else with the same problem) but didn't actually ask the question myself.  It does seem the sensible thing to do - will do it tomorrow.  Thanks for your suggestion.
