Hello, I am new here- looks like a great site! I am in Australia and am a direct descendant of Kenneth Martin Henry Cumber (died 1950 in NZ). The record is dated 1935 and all persons mentioned are deceased. Thanks all!

You've actually linked to a probate file, not the requested civil proceedings file.

I'd be surprised if LDS have digitised the file.

Hello all, thank you for the link and advice... I will have a look at it all. In the meantime I have emailed Archives NZ Auckland for further advice. I'm new to forums- great to know there's people out there who care enough to help each other online; makes the world so much smaller :)
