Undecipherable Occupation

I agree with Electrical Engineer, but I don’t think it is Apprentice.

App has been added later, by the government clerk employed to classify the census occupations. He has bracketed off Elect and added App above. It might indicate Electrical Apparatus Maker, as in these 1911 classifications ...
