Can someone please inform me of the parents in the 1901 census for Arthur Cherry born in Luton late 1897, and also for Elizabeth Page born in Luton early 1901 ?

Sidney 16 bath attendant
May 13, Lilian 12, Olive 10, Daisy 6, James 4 Arthur 3, Constance 0 all b Luton

Hitchin Road Luton
Harry Page b 1872 Luton general labourer
Mary A Page wife b 1874 Luton
Sidney Page b 1897 son Luton
Elizabeth Page b 1899 daughter  Luton
Rose Page b 1900  daughter 9mths old
John Page b 1887 son Luton

John Page was enumerated as 14 b Luton in 1901.

You may find that he was born to Mary Ann Fensome before she married Henry "Harry" Page in 1894.  She seems to have been rather older than the 1901 census suggests.
