Kress,

I just came upon your correspondence re: Tattersalls. I am intrigued by the line, 'I have a plan of Raygill which is huge." I am an Aldersley and as you may know, Peter Aldersley owned Raygill for a time in the early 1800's. What is the nature of the plan you spoke of?

Regards,

Stephen Aldersley

Hi Stephen,

The plan is a modern one A3 size, showing both conjoined houses, both floors and a side view. Hope this helps you   Kress.

Hi!
I came across this thread almost by accident.
I am descended from James Lesiter SAVAGE and his wife, Margaret Patience (nee SMITH) and have knowledge on all the descendents of that union.
I intend to go through it in some detail at a later date to find out additional information; in the meantime, is there anyone who knows the origin of Emily LEE, born in 1908, who was a member or a connection of the Smiths of Elslack?
