Hi - I have a few lookups.

Trying to find out the father's name of the Barrow who is getting married:

Sarah Barrow and Joseph Walker - 1 January 1837 - St Peters, Bolton-Le-Moors

James Barrow and Jane Ridings - 12/1842 - St Mary, Bolton

James Barrow and Esther Kirkman - 6/1845 - St Peters, Bolton

Betty Barrow - 8 Aug 1852 - William Blything - Bolton

One question though - If someone is known as Jos, is he JOSEPH or JOSIAH?!

 According to the  link  below ,  JOSH   is  for Josiah or Joshua  and JOS is for Joseph

I have a Mary Barrow, daughter of Isaac Barrow and Betty Atkinson who married William Farrand and came to Australia about 1850(ish). I believe her sister Alice married Edward Wright Moon, both marriages were in Bolton and are connected.
