Westbury On Trym Enumeration Districts

I am trying to find the names of people living in a certain property in Westbury On Trym Gloucestershire 150 or so years ago. However, as I do not know the surnames it becomes very difficult to search online.

Westbury parish seems to have covered a vast area of what is now the City of Bristol in the past and in 1881 there are 23 enumeration districts.

To save me trawling through every one trying to find the coverage of the relevant street, does anyone know which census district that the 'village' area of Westbury would have come under on the early census returns? This area would be anywhere within a couple of hundred yards radius of the parish church.

Westbury on Trym parish included the hamlets of Ridland (Redland?), Stoke Bishop and Shirehampton, according to the 1868 National Gazetteer

Betty Waters Lane is the street that I am interested in, and as early as possible really although I doubt there will be too much info on the 1841, so 1851 is my earliest sensible starting point.

About Bristol (http://www.about-bristol.co.uk/wot-03.asp) says it is called Waters Lane, and named after Betty Waters?

Using "Know Your Place" (http://maps.bristol.gov.uk/knowyourplace/) and changing the basemap, there are very few houses in Waters Lane on the 1840's tithe map.

It is called Waters Lane now, and yes it is named after Betty Waters; but an old 19th century map showed it as being called Betty Waters Lane originally.

It is not helped by the nearby public house changing names. It is now The Mouse, but was The Royal Oak back then.

On the 1881, look for Alfred Alexander, born 1852. (Waters Lane)
On the 1871 census, look for Charles H Bagg (1840) (Betty Waters Lane)

I can't find either street name on the 1861 or 1851?
So try East Hill?!
On the 1851 census, look for George (1811) & Phoebe Attwell (1819)
