Identify the clothing

does anyone know if the clothes in this photo are from the seamans mission in Liverpool? It is of my mum as a child

I can't seem to add the photo. I have resized it etc but it won't allow me to add. I have messaged it to rootschat Facebook page hoping they can add it.

Have you tried renaming the file?
Is it below 500Kb?

Do you get an error message?

Failure was originally as file over 500 then it also states that a file has been posted with a file that has the same name already
