I believe that Isabel PARKINSON b: Sedgefield August 19, 1666 is the seventh Great Grandmother in my direct mother-daughter maternal line.  Her father is Listed as Hugh Parkinson with likely siblings Thomas Parkinson b: Sedgefield, April 17, 1664, and Richard Parkinson b: Sedgefield, January 1, 1671. I am searching for the name of Isabel's mother and any earlier females in this line.

Welcome to rootschat.
Looking for details from such an early record is going to be difficult.  Have you managed to look at the original church records to see if they hold clues?    Maybe the burials?
