It looks like

Regimental Number =Yr308
Rank =Corporal
Corps= Infantry

As this document relates to officers, I would suggest that the rank could be Col  - Colonel.

I agree with craggagh. I don't recall ever seeing Col for Corporal. It is usually abbreviated Cpl.

It reads as follows:

Regimental Number = YR3809 not Yr308
Rank - Col = Colonel not Corporal
Corps - Infy = Infantry
