Marriage look up Please

Hi having some trouble with bdm in nsw can someone help please looking for the marriage of Jeanette Toohey and husband and children. Jeanette Toohey father is William Henry Touhey and mother is Elizabeth May McIntyre.Cheer

Hi there,

If the marriage occurred less than 50 years ago, then it is within the restricted access period and not yet listed as available for members of the general public to purchase.   If the births are within 100 years, they too are not yet listed as available for members of the general public to purchase.  (Deaths are restricted for first 30 years).

Can you confirm that you already know that your person of interest is no longer living?

Do you mean that you know that Jeanette married and had children, or are you looking to find if she married?

So IF she married, and IF the children were born in NSW, then as she was born 1908, even her eldest child would not yet be 100 years of age, so you will not be able to find their NSW BDM births listed on the indexes.   

So, IF she married in NSW, it is likely she was married before 1964 (born 1908).   I have searched the online index for a marriage for a Jeanette TOOHEY from 1908 until 14/05/1965.   I cannot find one.

Is it possible that she married in another state, or perhaps in New Zealand?  .... or elsewhere ?

Is it possible that she did not marry ?   

May I support Wivenhoe's question .....  Do you mean that you know that Jeanette married .... or are you looking to find if she married?

I can see where a Jeanette TOOHEY's birth was registered in the Broken Hill district in 1908.   Is it possible that she moved interstate or overseas?

Where were her parents in the 1920s and also in the 1930s ? 

Was she listed as living on their death certificates?
