I think somebody mentioned that it all needs to be in lowercase (no capitals), and no spaces.

Anyone who has taken out the sub, make sure you untick the "auto renew" box in personal details or they will automatically take the full amount for another year when this one expires

Had been considering subscribing so have taken advantage of this offer.  Made sure I unticked the 'auto renew' box as suggested by Jool too.

My friend tried to take advantage of the offer in order to extend her membership an hour after I was successful.  She got the message that it was not available to her and the explanation was that she already had a subscription. 

The only difference between us is that she had had a free three month extension not long ago so we wonder if that was the cause of the her being refused.  Seems like luck of the draw!
