Swinsco, Parkes NSW

After many years searching for my Grt Grt Grandfather I've found his death in Parkes NSW in 1894. I've obtained his death certificate which has thrown up several Queries, can anybody help?
1. The cert seems to have 2 sections, the death cert and burial details. The name on the death cert is correct but the name on "part 2"is different. Would they fill out the certs this way?
2. His place of death is Welcome Lead, occupation is Iron Moulder. I believe that Welcome Lead is the goldfield in Parkes, was there any Iron Foundries in Parkes?

I need a guide who is knowledgeable about the Australian Family History scene, can anyone help please.

If you have his Death cert could you copy and paste it onto a post and we can see what you mean.

Iron foundries can be set up anywhere, in those years Wrought Iron was used all over the place, homes, for railings and such, horse shoes, tack fittings and also equipment fittings for carriages, too many to list really.

Welcome Lead is one of many mining areas near Parkes

Names are a help if only to confirm your findings.

At NSW state records http://srwww.records.nsw.gov.au/ there is an intestate estate case file for
John SWINSCO,   1894, Parkes,   Native of England

I could photograph this for you next time I am there - possibly not much info but who knows?
