HI John,,

WOW so nice to hear from you it's been a long time,eh,,glad to see you are
still in the family-tree-business,,

Thank you a bunch for the info on my Giffen relatives,,I never met any of them
myself but my Father used to work down in Eng/UK after the war and always stayed
with his Uncle James.Looking at the names of these children I can see where they are
named after a previous generation. You will remember me searching James Giffen (b)
Glasgow 1841(mar) Mary Pursell (b) Campbeltown,1838. they had children James,(b)
Jarrow,Durham,Barbara & Emily (b) Glasgow, and my Granfather Archibald Pursell Giffen,
(b) Poplar,Eng,,,
I am amazed at the ages these relatives lived/died quite wonderful really my "Gramps"
was 86yrs when he died in 1960,and all my Father's siblings lived to a ripe old age,the
oldest Christina to 103yrs,,my Father was 93yrs when he died here in Canada,,,so I have
always stated I have good genes and hope to live to the same old age, good health willing.
Hope you and family are all well John,,,I still keep in touch with John in Paisley ,,bye for now
Kind regards to all my R/C "buddies" for your info help,,,,
Janey
