John & Hannah PHILLIPS, Hanbury, Staffs, 1800-1900
« on: Tuesday 21 April 15 11:36 BST (UK) »
Hello
I am putting together a family tree and would like any information about my GGG grandparents, John & Hannah PHILLIPS. They lived in Hanbury, Staffs during 1800-1900, approx. My GG grandfather was the son, John and so far I've heard of 2 daughters Mary and Catherine. If anyone has any info on other children and where they all went or the previous generation in the 1700s I would be most grateful.
Many thanks  :)

Hello

1800-1900 is a little vague!

Can you tell us when/where John & Hannah were born please so we get the right family for you  :)

Hello Milliepede
That was very swift work - thank you so much!!!  ;D
Sorry my initial post was so vague...I'm new to this so will
get better as time goes by.
He was born 1801 - that is definitely the family. Brilliant.
Do you mind me asking how you got the info?
Thanks again!! Made my day!  :)

You did ok I was being picky! but had to make sure of the right family so not to give you wrong information.

I typed in John Phillips wife Hannah living Hanbury (on ancestry site) and saw they had children with the names you mentioned.

Will see what else comes up.

1871 Hanbury

John Phillips 71 widower farmer
Eliza 32
John 25
Thomas 21
plus 4 servants/farm hands

In 1881 John 81 is living with the Allen family - Edward & Mary as father in law so Mary must have been Mary Phillips.
