I am looking for any information on both Frederick and Margaret, I know that they came from and were marriage in Waterford

You need to give some sort of time frame.
Would it be likely they are in the 1901 or 1911 Census of Ireland, married, unmarried or not at all, for example.

Presumably this is them on the 1901 census and the 1911 census
at Manor Street in Waterford
