The Mount Heaton which was there in the 19C has been replaced - possibly in the 1920s/1930s.
Thank you Ray T, I thought the current building looked late 1920's not Victorian or earlier, harder to be sure when you can't get a street view
stanmapstone, thanks also. I use the NLS website a lot, but prefer the overlaid maps on there, the choice of maps to compare with modern and 1891 (ish) can provide some great leads
