Elizabeth wife b.New Marton, Shropshire

William son b.1867  New Marton,Shropshire
Thomas son b.1870 Owestry Shropshire my grandfather
1881 Census West Felton,Shropshire

Margaret daughter b West Felton, Shropshire
Fanny daughter b. West Felton, Shropshire
Llewlyn son b. Twyford, Shropshire

Grandfather Thomas E. was a porter on the railway, he married my grandmother Isabella Moorcroft in Chorley,England,where my father Ephriam Edward was born in 1899.They immigarted to Canada   
in 1908.

William was a railway porter,became a labourer,

Elizabeth Roberts b. in New Marton to father William(not sure)b. abt 1801 and mother Fanny. b.abt. 1803

The family of William and Elizabeth (sons William and Llewlyn,Daughters Margaret and Fanny) remained in Shropshire.

I have not been able to find the marriage of Elizabeth Roberts and William Jones abt.1865
I would also like to find the birth registration of William Jones abt.1841 Llansanfraid,Montgomeryshire.

Hi but just who were the parents of William Jones b c 1841 Llansantfraid, all the 1851 census are a bit vague eg b Montgomeryshire or other Montgomeryshire place names?

This is the problem, if not all the census information is given, then in most circumstances further research is impossible, just guess work.
When posting I have given almost all the information from a census, not sure if this is allowed. But sure does make life easier.

The problem you have is that although the parents of Elizabeth look to have been located, if the couple did not for what ever reason marry, it is the parents of William that may/are cause /causing the problem?

I looked for years for one marriage in Shropshire, and I live in the county.
