Dating & a clean up for Dorothy Jacques and William Blackie

Hi

I would be very grateful if someone could let me know the approximate date that this photograph may have been taken please.  A wonderful picture of my relative who moved to New Zealand.  Maybe the dates will help to clear up a mystery fingers crossed

A clean up to would be fantastic.

About 1893/94. If possible please always include the entire thing uncropped, and also the back for dating purposes.
