Patrick Hughes Died May 1930 in South Kirby

Can anyone help with finding the grave of Patrick Hughes who died 2nd May 1930. 

He was living at 4 Northfield Avenue, South Kirby at the time of his death, but I do not know where he was buried.  He was Roman Catholic. 

I am hoping that the grave will have a birth date on it.  I have not been able to find his birth date and the on census forms there are several different places named as his birth place.  I have bought several birth certificates but none are correct.  So I thought I would try and work back.

Try Moorthorpe Cemetery but I have been trying for years to locate the registers but still looking.
