1900 census lookup please

I am searching for Sarah Lily (Lily Sarah) SILVEY born 1897 St Saviour London father listed as James John Frederick Silvey an engineer. the address for Sarah I have in 1915 is 39 leonards Rd South Chingford. Any help with either census's or baptism will be appreciated.

The 1891 census suggests that Maria was born in Staffordshire .... the previous Schedule (in the same building) has a Sarah Harrison, aged 74 born Staffordshire
