Help deciphering name please

So far I managed to decipher:

Unknown whether
alive or dead.

Can't figure out 4th line - looks like Catherine ? ?

First is Cathrine (looks to me as if they have missed out the first "e"), second might be Walker, third I can’t make out.  Line below reads “unknown whether alive or not”.

Cathrine Walker nedlw[ ]kr.     Maybe needleworker?

I thought it might be Catherine Mather.
Southern or Southan [Hereford , Monmouthshire & Glos], Jenkins, Meredith and Morgan [Monmouthshire and Glos.], Murrill, Damary, Damry, Ray, Lawrence [all Middx. & London], Nethway from Kenn or Yatton. Also Riley and Lyons in South Africa and Riley from St. Helena.

I thought Mather too.  Occupation could be woolworker   :-\.  Second and fifth lines are Not Known .... (not Unknown).

We thought it was Cathrine Walker "millworker", or "millworks" but the writing is so hard to decipher!

I would agree that the name is Mather, but I read the occupation as "Spillmaker"

I also read it as Walker, not Mather. Compare the way th is written in whether (above and below).

I also think it is Millworker. There is interference from the ascender of the letter l in the line below, which makes it harder to see the first letter.
