Bed and Breakfast 20 Portland Place Bridlington - Late 1920's and 30's

I am interested if anyone has any information on the above run I believe by Joseph and Polly Ann Mawman  in the late 20's and into 30's. The couple were originally from Leeds. Are there any archives of old brochures etc that could possibly be looked up for me? etc. 

Any help would be  very welcome.
