It doesn't help with this query but I think the family are transcribed as WILLOW (A*try) in 1901-look for Charles W WILLOW age 7 born Riby.

Perhaps Lucy was born before her parents' marriage, as a Jennings?

There is a Patchett birth in Grimsby 1917 - mmn Jennings, not Wilson.

I was just thinking it's a good job you think it's solved (I'll take your word for it  ) - I enjoy the deciphering, but I was really struggling to keep up with all the different names and possibilities that were flying around
