I think "Drainage Outfall" and "Chronic Bronchitis"

Hi Jibba,

The occupation box reads:

Formerly a labourer at drainage ? The last word I believe is something field, I am unable to make out the first part of the word.

The cause of death box reads:

Chronic Bronchitis, several years
Congestion of Lungs, 4 days

Certified by Alex S Greenway M.D.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards

Occupation: Formerly a labourer at (Drainage?) ...

I'm wondering if the word after Drainage is something to do with road work. Could it be a misspelling of Asphalt?

I suggest the doctor's qualification is MB rather than MD, but guess it doesn't really matter.
