OK, I'll bite.
I suppose that the J-like symbol is a 1, as the superscript seems to be 'ST', i.e. 21st, which would make the date 1707, perhaps. Then, if the preceding bit is a month ending in E, it would have to be June.

Maybe 1703 and maybe April not June.
