As I said - you can call yourself anything you like!
You don't need a Deed Poll

Yes. as long as it is not for fraudulent purposes you can call yourself anything you like.
I had an older cousin who changed her name, and then married so after 2 name changes she became by co-incidence Elizabeth Taylor!

Perhaps you will have to recheck your source of information.
The bride in the 1959 marriage looks to have remarried in 1963. You could look for a death/divorce within those dates.

I know he was still alive early 1970s.. not sure what you mean check my sources??
I know they divorced sometime in the 60s and she remarried . am not looking her side ..

Hi yes i found those two children which makes me think he must have changed his whole name not just his last name and has to be one of theses two children
the parents married in egypt in 1924 jones/kurban army marriage
in 1959 bill changed name to Bill Kurban on his marriage it has him as William G Kurban ... his mothers maiden name ..Kurban ..
so not sure what his name was before that and weather his death would be under new name as he disaapered
